EDIT: just placed my order for the msp front bumper. what should i do with the bumper lights? just electrical tape the ends off on the wires or what?

also, where can i go to get a can of my color code mixed and aged? napa, sherwin williams? my friend is gonna paint the bumper for me in the paint booth at school, so he said all id need to provide is paint, everything else would be provided.

Fixed broken belts....not having power steering is a b****....

Used the Turtle Wax Clay Bar and Polish/Wax for the first time and LOVED IT!!!!!! Polished all the plastic, trim, rims, and even put a coat on the calipers...THAT STUFF IS AMAZING!!!!! The clay bar got rid of all the swirls on my hood and it looks great...No I'm not going to take pictures..

Installed Kartboy shifter bushings, really love the smoother shift!:

OK, all done with side mount + test drive. Used jack with board to support motor. Things are in a bind a bit to tighten everything up, bet my rear mount is toast. I will add another washer on the inside between bracket, washers under aluminum bracket & longer bolt with self locking nut to get things squared up better. Not off crazy but noticeable by my perfectionist eye & how it all tightened up. Initially the vibes are not much different than with just the front but that is a good thing because they weren't bad at all before. Drives fine. I'll see how it breaks in. It's definitely sturdier setup now than the oem. The oem wasn't in too bad shape, just small tear on one side. Here's the pics.........http://www.msprotege.com/members/i12...P5/sls_001.jpg

What wires do you have? I like the relocated coil packs, much cleaner and cooler than stock P5, but I can't afford the NOLOGY kit....

Find a PPG global paint supplier.. dunno how to do that but yeah..

and to answer one of your other questions, no, it doesn't come with any grilles. The upper grille is like ~120ish for the P5 grille (black top bar), and I think the lower grille is 40ish?

Goodridge SS Brake Lines, Centric Rotors, PosiQuiet rear pads, Axxis Delux front pads, and orange calipers. pics coming soon!

that reminds me.. I still need to get the other two goodridge lines on my car.. like 2k miles on the two + the clutch line already haha. Gotta get the other two hardlines cut and reflared. stupid rust!

i dont really care about the grills. personally i hate the way they look. and i plan on getting the DG grill anyways. so that works out in my favor.

kansei whatd you do with the bumper lights?

would would be a PPG paint supplier...napa maybe? thats where one of my friends told me to try ill stop by there on my way back from the body shop

Body shop put the bumper on.. I'm guessing they just taped them off.. or just left them dangling with bulbs shining on the inside of my bumper haha.

likely the latter considering how terrible VOGELS COLLISION IN ROCHESTER NY is.

oo that sucks. ill probably tape mine off, i plan on putting on the bumper myself....i gotta see if my buddy who is been in collision repair at school for 2 years now can help me fix my headlights (they got pushed back along with the driver side fender)

A friend who does body work is the best .. no dealing with shops who just want to make a buck and screw you over like everyone else.

yea. judging by what you can see in my pics, how bad do my headlights look? i mean i know the core support is twisted to hell and back so thats throwin my hood alignment off, but still. what do you think?

The headlights probably aren't broken. the upper radiator support looks like it might not be damaged either. All in all really minimal damage, you're lucky. I'll have to backtrack to see exactly what happened there :P

the core support is twisted pretty badly. and both radiator brackets are bent.

definitely keep positive. I totally understand what you're going to be going through with this. Seeing your beloved car mangled is a horrible experience.
