yeah that's what I'm savin up for this summer. now that the entire front half of my car is freshly painted.. yeah don't wanna ruin that.

I'm actually seriously considering something like a Kia Rio Cinco for a winter beater. I'd feel bad getting my dream winter "beater", an NA miata with a hard top

How much snow/ice driving have you done? I can't stand driving FWD cars on snow. Turn the wheel, car keeps going straight, what are you gonna do?? With a RWD car you can give it some gas and get the car to rotate nicely

I just practiced utilizing the gas pedal and the e-brake for winter driving in an FWD car. My last few cars have been FWD and manual...

Not safe, but when going slow it helps get around some corners.

i had my lip painted (it was black) the bumper done, CF hood recleared and it ran me 500

to answer your question, practically none, but I think I'd rather have understeer than oversteer in certain situations....

oversteering on snow? get off the gas, use the wheel to correct if needed. Understeering? you gotta straighten out the wheel or get off the brakes or something.. sometimes giving it gas helps, not always.

A RWD car with snow tires is awesome. Yeah the miata is lightweight, but you can put 100lbs of sand in the trunk (if you can fit the two tubes of sand lol) and it'll help a lot.

An action shot of both cars taken at the same place (coming around a bend on some nice windy road) with one photo mirrored and placed next to it so they are pointing toward eachother.. with the flying M logo with "aMaff" in mazda font underneath it like you had/have as your avatar (have avatars turned off right now) sitting right in the middle.

I can see it in my head, it looks fun!
