Nice Hank...absolutely love mine and you can't beat that deal! Wonder what the new owner of the Escape will think the first time they go to use their 'intermittent wipers'. lol

I thanked him a lot because he saved me $80+. And he couldn't care less...he didn't even know he had the intermittent feature. I doubt the next owner will even know. At least I gave him the crappy one-speed intermittent feature from our P5 - LOL!
1.) hit a squirrel this morning on the way to work
2.) put the screws to the wagon this morning (also going to work) when an older gent wanted to see how his old Cross-Fire Injection vette would run with a grocery-getter. he got me off the line (damn traction....) but I gobbled him up 2-3, then we shut em down. Thumbs up as he leisurely passed with a smile. I gotta admit - I smiled back and gave a good wave thinking "What a great start for a morning....".

Damn...$80?! I paid $45 for mine off of ebay and have seen other guys get them for 1/2 that off of there and cheaper at junk yards. Def. don't miss that one-speed intermittent (lol) wiper setting.

Of course I wouldn't have paid $80 for a new one. I had one lined up on eBay for about $35, but remembered that my bro-in-law had an Escape before I pulled the trigger

I am hopeful as well. She seems to run fine, no rough idle, no stalling, same lack of power. Maybe I should just disconnect the battery and reset the Cel, or won't that work?
Sadly for me the nearest AZ is about 20-30 minutes away. I hope it just threw a random code because I was running her hard. I will try to reset it and if that doesn't work I will run up to get it scanned and see whats up.
I can't post up a link since I'm on my phone right now but...... why don't more people get the cheap ebay obdII reader. its like $15 and you just get the free torque app on your phone and your set! Ipayed for the full app and love this thing! I use it way more then my regular scan tool.
