What have you done to your P5 today?

^^ very nice.

Im getting the car all done up. Fixing the problems at hand. (wheel bearing, RSB bushings, interior door material, brake clips for the rear)

I am still thinking about keeping the SC kit. If I do. once i finish the above items, im going to start building for max power out of the SC with supporting mods. (LSD, new flywheel and clutch)

Then we will see from there. Im hoping to be in the 220 range before I do those upgrades though. lol

Stealth sub box accomplished! Just needs to be made pretty, but I am super happy to have bass back after a couple months without a sub (sold my other 12" to a friend). Please excuse the crappy pns pics, I am/was tired lol.

Cut off the threaded post that is used to hold down the spare tire. A few layers of dynamat until the hump was flat. I previously did almost the entire hatch floor when I did my system the first time a few years ago.

Entire spare tire well covered in Ensolite closed-cell phone. It was almost like that before, but it all got ripped out during my two attempts at a fiberglass enclosure* :icon_lol:

Sub box done and sitting pretty in the well. Top of the box has a layer of Ensolite as well. Need to get a nice cover plate made now.

Cover fits perfectly on top. Super stealth.

The sub is a 12" Stereo Integrity BM mkiii. Custom built by a small company that is focused on SQ. It only has a 3.2" mounting depth and only requires 0.5 cu. ft. of air space. The entire box is less than 6" tall! Rated at 450W RMS and it SLAMS and isn't even broken in yet.

Yea that's stock. Some P5's have it and others don't. Don't remember what it was that determined whether you got one or not.

EDIT: ^^^ what he said.

Will the test fit went good big thanks to my buddy aaron for the help we drank some beer,gf's did their thing, had pizza and goofed around big thank's to him for helping out.

Now on to drilling more hole's for the bolt's and starting to paint it by thursday I hope.

please tell me you are going to put plates under the car where you bolt the roll bar to the unibody. I have seen people bolt in a cage and drive hard into a corner and it rip the bolts straight through the floor

^^ Look's good

lmao... ok. making sure you knew what to do. im interested in more pics of it when you get a chance. one of these may be in my near future

i know. he posted in his build thread that he forgot to plug in the tps. thats why it wasnt currently running

^^^Yeah. I went to Napa and they told me a code reader was over two hundred bucks but they also said that the oil change place next door had a code reader. Up until this point I have never had a check engine light or any other problem with the car other than rusty brake discs scratching on the edges of the pads.... Anyways, I went to the oil change place, asked them to read the code as nicely as I could. Luckily the guy didn't charge me. Said P0123 TPS Sensor. Drove the car home, had a BBQ with some friends then went out to look at the TPS (Had no clue where it was till I read the service Manual) and saw that it wasn't plugged in. So from an idle that was seeking from about 300RPM to 1000RPM it went smooth to its normal 750, and it runs like a dream!

Turbo is so fun even at the 4-5psi I am running right now. First gear hits like a few bricks in a bag.... Hopefully in the next year I can build a motor and have it hit like a ton of bricks.

Now I just gotta get the code cleared. Anyone suggest a cheaper than $200+ code reader?
