What have you done to your P5 today?

Went to the junkyard today to get acouple thing's saw this...

I'm assuming a DE? Unless you found a G4 but I doubt it. Are you thinking about a KL swap?
 
Put the NGK G-power plugs in the P5. Instant change in low rpm response and a little smoother running. :)

nah, thats alot of extra weight and alot of extra money lol

today i put in the ford escape MOOG endlinks, holy hell they are waaay beefier then the stock endlinks, length was less then a 1/4 of an inch difference
only problem was actually getting them, apparently the autozone people are retarded and dont know what an endlink is, so i had to look up the part number FOR THEM,
they were $15 a peice...alot less then OEM, and i messed one up already...long story lol its only the dust shield tho
overall im happy with them
 
ah, yanked my MB front and stuck on the DGM lip. going to fix it. Bedlined some engine bay parts to give a refreshed look.
 
I feel good now. It's great that everyone is saving money and getting better quality parts now. I sure as hell wasn't going to pay for oem ones after finding out about the escape endlinks.

yea man, that was a great find, and the product actually looks to be good quality, i love the little grease fitting that comes with them
better then OEM, and cheaper :) lets see how long they last now
 
Got my new rotors and pads installed on the front. Waiting till after work to install the rears. I really wish that plating wouldn't wear away. Looks sick!

what brand are those? its time for me to get some new front rotors and pads....
my power slot rotors barely even have slots in them anymore haha
 
so the drivers side rear went fine, wheel off pads, rotors changed, and wheel back on under 30 mins... the passenger side rear was a different story, the little piston adjuster screw was rusted in place, rounded out the hex head, broke off my bolt extractor tool in it, freaking headache! i was able to change the rotor on this side after taking out the shims on the pads so the new rotor would clear them. looks like ill be buying a new(used) caliper tomorrow.(pissed)

Haven't used the car in over two week's..Gonna slam it with the bbs soon hopefully so it won't really be a daily anymore gotta order spacer's and extended stud's this week tho.This is why I got a truck and love it worked on that all day.
