hell yea, i think it looks sick
its not fully rusted..more like spotty rust for now, i got tired of sanding lol
but i got the "recipe" for this solution that u can pour on bare metal and it will rust in a matter of minutes so ill be doing that later on this week gradually

I have a new rattle as well since putting my header on... how did you know the gasket was rotating and how exactly did you fix it?

After taking the header off I could see streaks in the exhaust residue caused by the donut gasket (yes I also had a leak that I fixed). I then used a dremel grinder to cut vertically into the piping many times and then hammered in the end to form a tighter fitment. should have taken a pic becuase it might be hard to understand. Does your rattle happen after you let off the gas and is it a quick rattle sound? This damn ebay header is alot of work but I think I got it to were its working as it should (cabpatch)

fixed an exhaust problem temporaly, cut some space inside my fender well to stop tire shredding, and fixated the donut gasket so it will stop rotating around the headers end connection which is very very annoying rattling sound.

^^^ Hmmm, if the donut gasket is just spinning around I doubt it's making a very good exhaust seal? Try some high temp silicone. I use the stuff to seal pretty much every gasket on my exhaust and it works great.

the rattle is prob the header or one of the bolts hitting the oil pan, thats what my problem was when i had a header

but today i sanded down the hood some more and put some more solution on it, hopefully overnight itll rust pretty decently
also entered it in MOTM just for kicks lol

just got back from a long road trip to and from texarkana area....shes dirty and i took her to work like always.

well drove it the other day...or attempted too, i couldnt even ****** keep a steady cruising speed without the car sputtering or the AFR's jumping around everywhere
but the weird part is, in boost the car drive normal and it idles normal too...

i think the MAF is about done, im going to try to pick one up at pullapart today, if that doesnt fix it then i really have no idea what the deal is

I personally like the DG Lip over the 03.5 lip... but at the same time I think the 03.5 looks better without fogs than DG without fogs. I dunno.
