What have you done to your P5 today?

ah, but is it the same colour as yours? :) there's another mid blue a couple blocks from my place that is all stock; earlier this spring i took a couple pics of morrigan and that one together, just to see how they compared. i'll have to post it up - i'm at work right now, so i'll do that later tonight - it's neat.

actually yes it is the same color. mines just an 03.5 with no roof rack, this is an 02 with polished rims and a roof rack

my girl will need an oil change shortly, all the mountain runs rack up the km pretty quick :D

i use amsoil and the oem mazda filter.... jdm oem that is ;) one of the independent shops in town specializes in mazdas and they bring these filters in. and yes, they are better than the usdm ones - i've seen them side by side; never compared one to the k&n though... i should one of these days.

but i have never changed the oil myself :( i wouldn't mind learning how to though; just need someone to help/show me how a few times

I suffer from the same disease - we are not alone :D
*raises hand* i'm part of that group too - and make no apologies for it

whenever she's in the shop, no matter the reason, i'm always hovering around, keeping an eye on what the mechanics/techs are doing... they must think i'm off my rocker or something, lol

wtf? did something hit/fall on it?? very bizarre...

I really don't know. Coulda been a stone I guess..............It was still cracking when I walked up to it.................

Can't get it in until Mon for a replacement...........Thank god one of my best friends is up camping so I can borrow his Focus ST. Kinda nice ripping around in a 5 spd for a change......

Is that with 215/45s on? I dunno for some reason those tires always look too beefy to me on the MSP... maybe it is the shape of the wheels.
to be honest, i love the look of the 215/45s on my car... enhances the stance of the car, imo. while i have these rims (and i don't plan on changing any time soon), i doubt i will go to another size. :)

Are you lowered? I really didn't think 215/45s could fit without rubbing. My 215/40s would rub occassionally (really not too often), and I have 0 rubbing with the 205/40s. I would much rather have gone with a 205/45 if the ones I got weren't such a good deal at the time.

yep - Ion sport springs, ~1.2" all around, w/illuminas. since i got the new setup - susp and wheels/tires - put on in april, i've done some pretty hard cornering and no rub. but then again, i have the msp rh's, so that plays a large role (50 or 55 offset, can never remember, lol) in this :)

i should actually take a pic of how close everything is :D

Wow - you can really see the difference an inch makes (hey now! :p) I was shocked when bolting on the Racing Hart's at the visual impact. The high offset must be the reason there are no rubs.

*edit: with the 215's

yeah, i know. heavy bastards (i think one rim/tire is about half my body weight, haha) but they look so damn good. best looking oem rim mazda's put out, imho. i think i have a bare inch between the top of the tire and the bottom of the strut, and i think the clearance on the inside of the rim isn't much more. the tires are very close to the inside lip of the wheel well - moreso in back than front - but no rubbing :D
