Will do later. The tabs clearly have cracks and the paint is cracking off too. AND I am out of warranty on them. Bought them last january/february
While that would definitely be on my wish list, my disposible income is limited. My sole income is a disability pension so spending is limited to needed items like running repairs as opposed to wish items like the headlights.

My disposable income has been cut as well (by myself though, no more dumb spending). I'm selling stuff I don't really need to start building the savings, so, teh MSP lip is headed out the door this week

Well, since I am out of commision due to knee surgery I splurged and had the Pro. hand washed at the detail shop. Geez I hate winter for all the damage it does to cars, not only the ever present threat of rust from salt, but all the bloody scratchs and marks on the paint caused by using snow brushs. When you think about it, brushing all the crud off with snow you might as well be using sandpaper.

Yea...they let me and 2 others go...told me when I walked into work yesterday morning...
As soon as I found out I changed clothes and left to put in applications...ended up putting in apps from 10am to 5pm...then I was tired...
Put in 27 and have 5 interviews today, so hopefully at least one will go good...

I'm making my P5 jealous by looking at new trucks. My '86 Toyota is becoming more expensive to keep running than it's worth so I've been looking at '09 Tacomas. I originally wanted a Nissan Frontier but NIssan refuses to make a truck to my specifications even though it's within their options. Either way, the P5 is going to have some driving competition here shortly.
As far as I know the tabs are welded on before the strut is assembled, you would need to careful that the heat of welding wouldn't screw the strut up, but if the strut is unusable due to a broken mounting you have nothing to lose by trying.

It took me all weekend and part of this morning but I finally got the gt3071r set up in and running like a champ. 13psi is where i'm set until I get the tune just right but everthing below 10psi seems perfect. Just need to add a bit of fuel from there up! Still have to polish up my piping and clean up the bay...it's has never been this dirty!
