Yeah id try and see, no cost solution if it works and it cant hurt if thats not the problem.

EGR. take it out and clean it.

EGR has been removed, cleaned with Brake cleaner, reinstalled and........NO LUCK!!! The good thing is the idle isn't really rough anymore. But, when in neutral coasting to a stop, the car idles really really low, like right above 0. As soon as I stop, the rpm slowly rises to a near normal idle ans still stalls on occasion.
