I have a buddy that works at Tokico and I am trying to figure out if he can get me a factory discount on some Illuminas!
 
Drove her to work today. Noticed some gear noise under loa in 3/4. Almost soinds like i have straight cut gears heh. Maybe just a side efect of colder temp and royal purple in the tranny. Hope so anyway.

I've been noticing some gear noise in first through third. It sounds like you said, as if I have straight cut gears. I'm hoping my gears / lsd aren't about to take a s***. I don't have a lot of money right now and I need snow tires :(
 
Are you running a standalone? Are you running alcohol injection? Those two things made a world of difference on my car. For instance I outran a lightly modded MS3 on a roll a couple weeks ago on 6.5psi. On the overly rich tune I have on it now we turned it up to 10psi for one run and it was damn rowdy. Then again everyone who rides in my car cannot believe it pulls like it does on 6.5psi. Maybe I got a factory freak...

Think about it. The car makes ~170 crank horsepower with the joke of a tune the factory put on it. Tuned with no other mods, I bet the damn things do 200 at the crank, without breaking a sweat. A SMIC/FMIC,Tune,Turbo-Back,w/stock boost, and these cars should **** a stock MS3.
 
Lol. I dyno'd at 136 whp with no mods. Would take a couple grand in boltons to tune stock boost enough to come even close to an ms3. Dont those cars run like 15psi factory?
 
Maybe more... not sure. I think the MS6 does like 18psi, right? I should know, since I have one, lol. I do know my MSP pulls a helluva lot harder than my MS6. :)
 
Your ms6 is awd on heavy 18s ;p and a decent amount heavier id imagine.

So does the msp ha. Ms6 not a whole lot bigger =). Msp is our kid friendly car. Sometimes i think its a better idea to mod the precidia. Turbo KL anyone ;)?
 
heyoo! got the interior trim from redlinegoods.com today, check these out:

Shift boot and armrest were a perfect fit, the e-brake boot just needed a little trimming.
