What have you done to your MSP today?

found out both rear calipers are seized, it's gonna be atleast another week.

oh i fixed it, took 2 seconds. the cable was not connected to the metal tooth. put the control knob on the farthest setting to the left (windshield), then make sure to connect the cable to the tooth.

this is the cable on the driver's side btw, get under the steering wheel and you'll see it and the white wheels its connected to

i figured thats what it was, mine did it a few times when i put my radio in cause it kinda snaps into the metal teeth, i just had it on the top.

I dyno'd 226 whp 221 wtq this afternoon.

If I have finish my last assignment in good time, I'll have the 505 installed with dyno'd results too by thursday.

10 psi

injen sri, turbolife fmic, vibrant turboback exhaust, vics vcts delete, greddy profec b, devils own meth injection, relocated maf, tial q bov, NO Tune/Stock ECU.

nice, those are pretty impressive numbers for it not to be tuned. Kind of makes me want get a meth kit but Im not familiar with meth injection at all.

Drews(Swirlfx) car is crazy fast. I remember seeing it at the meet. Keep up the good work Drew. Im going to catch up to u eventually. lol

Got some meat today! Got them for cheap so i was able to save some money. Went with 225/50. Couldnt find any 225/45 in my price range. And these were too cheap to pass up. Just waiting on spacers and they'll be on. Im thinking if i should get the fenders re-rolled/pulled instead of raising the car.

ya, if I can find a portable dyno thing.. I think there is one around here that for $100, I can get like 4 runs on it.. so I'd be down for that.. just need to find the time.. and the guy, I also wanted to wait till my bro's msp is ready to drive so we could do it at the same time

you see people, some msp's are factory freaks, when driven well and with a few mod's. even with a stock ecu.
Now maybe more of you can believe that I beat an srt-4 way back. Barely beat him, but i pulled him all of 2nd, all of 3rd, entering 4th he was at my back bumper. And since then, I have way more mod's.

Nice #'s.
I gotta dyno one day before I sell or trade it in, which may be happening kinda soon.

Meth makes a huge difference (hence the increase in boost). Just sayin...

And it's not like he doesn't have a nice fmic, turbo-back, ported IM, etc... That car is breathing wayyy better than it did stock.

I relocated my MAF two nights ago. It was sad to see the 400 dollar su pipe get cut up. Especially since it still wants to stall. Not as often, but when it does, it bangs off the bottom and comes back up, then bangs off the bottom and so on til I hold the throttle steady at 1500rpm. I'm only reading about 15-16 lbs of vac at idle. Wonder if I have a vacuum leak.
Question: I have the Greddy Type S bov and have a dedicated line run from the brake boost line to it. There is another little vac fitting on the head of the bov and when the car is running it is sucking air. Do I need to cap this? or run another vac line to it?

Yes, you do. Relocating the MAF won't fix that.

if air is leaking into the BOV, then one way or another, something is wrong. fix that and I'll bet your idle improves a LOT.

Either will work, I believe. But as it is, that's a vac leak, lol.
