What have you done to your MSP today?

how bad were the old bushings when you took them out? when i did the rears they were completely trashed, but i was disappointed that the front one was not as bad. a little smashed and misshapen, but not crumbling or cracked. this is with about 50k on them...

they didnt look bad at all actually.. maybe a little worn thats all. they've been clunking for the last 2 years when the temp outside was colder.. i dont think they were ever changed before, so they had 80k on em lol

installed my GTSpec front lower tie bar, must be one of the later ones, as it cleared the frame easily... but it was orange. Brand new parts for used prices rock.

oh, and put the snow tires on today. yuck.

Anyone know where I can find better feed lines for the GT28RS? I can't seem to find anything on them, and I'd prefure something better than the weak stockers.

EDIT: A stock water feed line is $178 at the dealer, this is one reason I'd like something new.

GIJOE you can make your own feed lines just dont expect it to be cheap. Most use AN fittings which add up quick.

Just put away the MSP for winter. Now driving the 2000 caviler beater. Woo Hoo :(

YUCK.

lol. i swapped out the msp rad for a full length pro one. ran for a few hours, idled, stop and go.. doing well. no overheating. i kinda like it better too. fits better if you ask me!

Got new pads and rotors yesterday, now only if I had time to do anything with the car. I haven't even driven it since Sept 30th. I started it the other day with my son in my lap, but need to do some work and then emissions and get the tag updated, I should have never gotten a second vehicle, now I don't work on my car because I don't need it to get around.

Got my open mouth painted, just waiting for my badges now!

i read that they don't fit the hubcentric, but they fit better than my mz3's and my P5 steelies... notice how it sits there with no lugs on? neither of my other sets will do that.

I have 3mm spacers if I need em for clearance, but I'm hoping not to use them. The rim is VERY close to the strut.. if the tire bulges, I think it'll contact. didn't check the fronts yet, as I'm not really worried.

what are the specs on those wheels again?

16x8, +50 offset, 13.8 lbs for the non reinforced, 15.4 lbs for the reinforced version (weights may be slightly off...) I have one pair of each.

FD wheel's are SicK!! About to pick up a set for my P5 soon.

they're not the prettiest (in some ppl's opinions) but the performance aspects canNOT be beaten for the price anywhere.
