i have a shop manual. i got it from mazda.. it's sitting at my shop .lol.pm me an offer.

Oh the good news is I figured out a way to pull the alt out from the top! Screw pulling the axel to change out the alt!

never knew you had to pull an axle to do this.. i've done numerous alts w/out that way.

i just jacked the car up enough to get under neat.. loosened the tension, pulled the bolts, out it came.. idk.

lol. oh well. such as life. i'll just play the waiting game. and hopefully people need my help to install things.. then i'll start buying up things left and right!

I wish you were closer to me. It'd be nice to have some help with my projects. I don't want someone doing it all for me. I enjoy doing it and learn more about the car that way too. But its easier and more fun with an extra set of hands... especially when the person the hands belong to has done the stuff before that I need to do. I'd have been willing to pay for the help, but oh well....

truth.. but, the real issue is that i dont have a job.. if i had a job, it would be much easier.. it's all maintainance s***.. but i dont have the money for the parts.

work on your bridge building skills. you'd be able to get over it, and you'd have a job too.
