What have you done to your MSP today?

took out the original battery today and replaced, started it up just to hear it rumble, hopefully on the road by friday

well... I coulnt get the motor out this weekend... I really shouldnt have taken me long to do it, but I have 1 day to do it and my buddy kept needing help out his 240... and I couldnt get the dang CV shafts out... maybe I was just to tired to get it, but is there any tricks to it that any one has figured out? I could barely get the fork up in there when I tried it once lol

yesterday pulled the bumper off and relocated the MAF to the cold pipe on my Turbolife FMIC and running 100% VTA with no stalling!!!

I also swapped to one step colder plugs and found that the old ones were awfully white and that I must be running lean which sucks bc I really dont have the money for an AFC, wideband, and Tune :(

i really know nothing now that I need to cross into the realm of tuning and air/fuel ratios. I was hoping to be fine with the mods i have, but now that my plugs indicate im running lean, I am assuming I'll have to get a controller, wideband, and tune to keep the engine healthy.

if anyone knows of any threads to help correct my ignorance with the more technical stuff, im all ears... thanks

Washed the MSP yesterday and put on the summer wheels/tires. Amazing how much grip the Azenis have compared to the snow tires. Slicks go on this weekend for auto-x, so it will be another step up in grip.

Found some rust on the drivers side rear fender lip. I'm going to attack that in the coming weeks. Previous rust fix with Naval Jelly on the drivers side door seems to be holding up, with surface rust poking through only at the area where I couldn't get the Naval Jelly. Another member suggested Ospho for rust work, which I am going to try out with the fender lip. Gotta attack it now and keep the car looking like new.
