ordered my CS exhaust hangars today. project GHL is underway!

Put in my new DG grill (though the prep/paint was half-assed.. its semigloss black, I'll fix it when my lip is all fixed and make everything perfect..), pulled the bumper off to pull off the lip and start working on that... and mounted up my vibrant core (getting the bolts into the bumper witha magnet and a pipe wrench was a PAIN, but at least its done.. now I just need a hot pipe and couplers), and swapped the stock tails in. While I was back there, I put the wing back on...

AND my gf gave the WHOLE inside a bath.. it look (and smells) like a new car... shampooed the front floor mats OMG were they filthy. I mean FILTHY.. never again will I let my poor car get into that condition.


HOLY s*** did they use like 3lbs of glue on the front lip or WHAT? ended up ripping the clear coat off the bumper in a few spots... and there was a TON of extra glue.. took like a half hour to get em seperated without ripping anything and the paint definitley cracked in quite a few places.. I'm a lil peeved. Almost tempted to just pick up new parts later and say screw it.

Figured out my boosting to 20+PSI issue. My vacuum reference line from turbo to wastegate had destroyed itself during my 1 day of autocross. It was probably going to go bad anyway. In the process of removing the bad piece of vac hose, I punctured a small hole in my radiator

So, new radiator or fix radiator here we come. A little JB Kwik and she will drive for short trips until I get the radiator finished.

Omg, reminds me of my right hand drive Integra in Okinawa. It had one of those. Most annoying loud beeping EVER whenever you went over the speed limit. I had it removed so I could haul a$$.

Factory tails finally on, and for the sake of it, I put the wing back on... we'll see how long it stays.

Waiting on getting my 3rd and 4th gears and new clutch disc still. I don't want to do anything until I get those put it.

And for bigger numbers, I thought of selling my current kit and getting a T-3/4 one instead. The 28RS isn't going to get me to 400whp. But I'm hoping to get up to 350. I'll be happy with that. And that's feasable if I up the boost a bit. But it won't help worth a damn if I can't get the power to the floor. Front wheel drive ftl. lol

If you're looking to go the T3/T4 route, I've got a friend who is selling his kit. It has the turbo, matching FMIC kit, and MPI tuner already tuned for the turbo.
