Hi people i need quite help here.. this is my issue, My car overheats almost every time I go hard to it, my overheat is the needle goes up not near H spot, but like 3/4 and then slowly goes back down to normal, and stays there if i drive the car normal, I'm on my 2nd OEM Coolant tank, they get ****** up where they attaches in the middle and start leaking Coolant, I notice the coolant bouncing bouncing inside the can. I don't have Coolant on my oil or oil in my coolant, what do you guys think might me the damn problem. I'm tired of buying Coolant cases because every time gets hot the coolants spills all over the place and i have to refill the rad and coolant can every time. You guys thinks is the Thermostat ? do you guys have any part Numbers for them, any specs of the degrees of it, any pictures ? I'm trying to find them here in Spain but what a Pain in the ass needed to buy everything from US, not to mention i have to wait a damn week to get stuff i need....

any help will be highly appreciated..

I also Downgrade from a Mazdaspeed 1.3 bar Rad Cap, to a OEM 1.1 Bar Rad Cap to see if that was the problem, but negative. there is nothing worst than having a damn car that Overheats...

what kind of fans? are they kicking on? did you bleed the system properly when you installed the corksport radiator?

The fans kick in when they have to, no problem with that, what do you mean bleeding ? I just Took off the OEM peace of s***, install the corksport, connect the hoses, add Coolant and that's it... but yeah thinking about it, i'm having this overheating pos right after i did my CS Rad if remember correctly...

did you bleed all the air out of the system ?so you dont have any air pockets trapped inside the cooling system

Bro, i just did what i wrote on the bottom post.. what exactly you need to ******* do, because i'm about to put my car on ******* Fire if it keeps overheating, there is nothing i hate more than this overheating s***..

make sure the car is cool and then take off the radiator cap turn the car on and put your floor heater on let that run for a lil bit and watch and see if air bubble start comming up out of your coolant

Ryan excuse my ignorance, but what is a a floor heater ? and where Am i suppose to see bubbles coming from, Rad, or Coolant Can ?

ryan meant put the air down to the feet....and you would see the bubble coming from the radiator fill hole

turn your heat all the way on and at full blast...this opens up the coolant line that runs through your heater and will help get rid of air bubbles....you should see bubbles coming from the radiator with the cap off.

i had the same exact problem but my fans werent connected for some weird reason. Thats not your case i guess tho

lol when i say floor heater i mean turn the knob on your hvac control to the floor/defrost setting and then turn the temp knob all the way hot.
