What have you done to your MSP today?

Dynojet Dyno running Winpep7 software
Three runs; fourth gear; temp=69.4;humidity=72%;boosting @ 8.5 psi
Best Run 175.40whp / 175.77 Torque / AFR's= 11.2 @ 6k rpms

Derrick of CS said the humidity and lack of fans running during dyno really hurt the results; he estimated a loss of 8-10 hp due to conditions. (Or he was just being kind....) For the mild mods I have and stock ECU, I guess its not bad.

What mods are you running anyways?

What mods are you running anyways?

For "performance" mods (those that should add hp):
Turbohoses SMIC and hardpipes
Vibrant S-pipe back single cat exhaust
Ported & decked exhaust mani
WeaponR SRI
Boost Sciences RDV*
TurboSmart MBC*

* Obviously, these don't directly make hp; but holding boost must help...

much better off posting a WTB, or browsing the FS section. I believe there are a couple in there now. also, if posting a WTB please add your city/state to your profile per the FS rules.

whipped out the old SS AFC and vacuum s*** laying in my car awaiting install...but didn't install it yet lol. discussed a few things with my dad about all the stuff i'll need for install and all that blah blah which is VITAL because i always forget about the important s*** when i am just about to take it to my friend to install the s***. last time i almost had my friend install the steedspeed before i remembered to buy new gaskets! LOL that would have been fun. i could see it now...

Friend: (after tearing apart mani, turbo and s-pipe) okay where's the new gaskets?
Me: say what?
Friend: you cock goblin don't tell me you forgot the damn gaskets?
Me: ****...

replaced the bad stabilizer links with a set i got at the local autoparts house they are MOOG brand and servicable and man i gotta say, what a difference!!!

id never think to spend what half the performance brands out there charge for "performace" links

well.. it's 9 pm, dark as hell out. i just got in from taking off the after jpipe to the axle back portion of my exhaust to go get welded tomorrow. i had enough of the ******* leak.. it's right at the resonator.. basically where the resonators end is, totally cracked all the way around.. i hope they don't charge me too much:(

Well, I havent done anything to her in a while besides prep work. but I do gotta put the wheels back on and push her into the yard so I can build my new work benches. But the important thing is that the motor will FINALLY be off to get all the go fast goodies put in it and to have a head rebuilt.

i knew it was leaking from the second i started it up after the install.. the back piece of the resonator ..it's like a reducer, from the 3" or so resonator to the 2.4" piping, was totally disconnected from the resonator..

wtf.
