What have you done to your MSP today?

Nice. Well it definetly compliments the car. I have to say I am jealous that you can have that on your car.

Thank you, my non car friends made fun of me when i told them about it untill they saw it earlier tonight. some people just don't understand

I'm a car guy and I still don't get it, but whatever floats your boat... The part looks good but a lip on a lip just sounds kind of ricer-ish to me... Kind of like putting a wing on a wing. lmao Then again it may look a hell of a lot better in person for all i know.

I like the lip, but I am far too low for a cf lip, s*** would be cracked in a week, half gone in 3 weeks and no where to be found in a month.

not as bad as wing on a wing but i see your point.

yeah, i remember that comment but there are way worse ricey things that can be done.
Also tri-point had one, and doc-b did too i think so it can't be that bad. They were a little different and probably more functional.

Isn't that kinda what they did to the 03.5 msp's? They have an extra lip added on compared to the 03.

Wha... how do you figure? Since when did the 03 MSP or even P5 have a lip on it?

Well it seems like the 03.5 guys always say there cars have the lip on them. Us 03 guys could get one too if we took out the fog lights or cut it up to fit with the fogs.

Wow, just contradicted myself. I see what you're saying now.

roflmfao Don't you love it when you do that? I've done that a few times and it always makes me feel real "smart"... lol

Thats why I said that. The part and quailty looks good by itself but install just looks a little off to me. It might be due to the design of the stock lip right under the fog areas for all I know. Then again I might like it if I seen it in person.

i drove three of my friends around in my MSP tonight. i usually drive by myself, but i was amazed at how much having a full car affects the performance. acceleration, braking, and cornering were all worse. they all thought it was exciting to ride in my car, but i was like "damn, you people are slowing me down!"

LMFAO... I took a friend for a ride in my car. He thought it was quick but I informed him that his fat ass was weighing me down! He's not fat just giving him a hard time. Even with one person I can tell the difference. I can't imagine 3 or so people being drug around.

Yeah, for having the car for this many years you'd figure you'd know everything about it. Guess there's always gonna be something with these cars.
I gotta ask, what is that in your avatar? Besides a fork, lol.

I've noticed this a few times before. The first time I thought it was just me but the times after that I knew it lost alot! I was actually pretty disappointed with the fact that it felt like it lost that much potential. But like you said, the other people have no idea what the car is actually like.

Just replaced both belts after snapping the A/C - power steering belt and damaging the other on the way to Cedar Point. Then broke the tension bolt for the power steering when loosening it. Fun stuff.

ah what a clunking lemon... jk i feel your pain. well almost, when i bought my car thats the first thing i looked at and both belts were so weathered and cracked it was going to be just a matter of time.

Dude. I took my wife, my friend (who I've known for like 18 ******* years) and his chick (his chick is a little on the heavy side). I have Illuminas and they are set to uber stiff. There were a few bumps and the car went "ouch" over them. It's was only like twice and the bumps were pretty severe. Usually when it's just me and the wife or just me, not issues. That'll be the last time I carry more than me and someone else in the car. Maybe I can get a rollcage installed which renders the rear seats useless unless you like broken teeth.

This was me a couple of days ago.

"Hey man, we can all ride together to the birthday deal on Sat."
(eek2)
"Hey man, can we take your car tonight?"
(squinty)
