What have you done to your MSP today?

i have a CF grill like that coming to me that already has a Mazdaspeed emblem in it. should be here by friday.

and Velocifero whered you get the seats from?

Im not diggin the washers, if you had maybe use a rectangular piece of rubber behind the whole thing that might look better

Ill probably cut them, they are just cushin for the grill, i was planning on cutting them even with the text, you wont see them.

Finally stopped raining long enough to build the bracket for the driver's side MS3 seat. I'm happy with it.

Nice job, those seats are pretty comfy. If i could snag a pair i prolly will. Was it a major undertaking to make a bracket?

somebody with a MS3 --> Rogue --> ScratchNSniff --> me

They really don't have much use on them though, ScratchNSniff never even had them installed and Rogue only had them for a little bit. I was replacing some TenzoRs with horrible brackets. Much better now.

they feel good. ive sat in them, those exact seats, when scratchnsniff had them. if i would have had the money i would have bought them lol.

They do feel good. Like a stock seat with much better side support. They hug you a little better but not over the top like some aftermarket race buckets.

I put one of those mazdaspeed badges in my DGM grill today. I couldnt find how everyone was attaching theirs so I added some nylon screws to the back of it so i can hold it on better and not use zipties or rely on the adhesive. Plus i painted it to match the stock badges as best as i can. Im happy with it.

Before anyone says anything...I know the rubber washers are large, from the front they look like a design behind the badge that i kind of like but if it doesnt work out i will cut them.

I'm guessing you epoxied or glued the nylon to the badge?

Damn Scott those seats turned out nicely. I like them. The only issue I am coming up with is if I were to (which I'm not cause I'm broke) put some seats in, I'd want the stitching to match. However, a full interior swap would be cool. Like take the steering wheel, gauge cluster (obviously with some customization), front seats, back seats. Hmmm... I know this is popular in the Audi/VW/Porsche crowd.

who needs a gf, i have my msp(boobs2)

WORD!!! I've actually lost serveral gf's cuz they just dont unerstand the connection we have... but shes real sick right now, and going under the knife for some plastic sergery so she should be sexier and quicker than ever... lol

I am considering taking MS3 rear seat skins and seeing if they can be put on the MSP cushions at an apholstry (sp?) shop. The only other things I'd need to switch out would be the shifter boot, I need a new one anyways and the steering wheel, possibly could be redone with red stitching, Rogue has one. The guages would a huge headache and not worth it imo. Everything else is just kosher.

Dale if you're interested in seats cheap, I can get you these TenzoRs. The brackets were the bad apple and the driver's seat leans too far back but I told you I was going to make it fixed back anyways so that wouldn't be a problem after that. You'd be on your own for brackets though. And I assume you know plenty of car people that could help you get those for you.

Didnt Luke, or he might still have a steering wheel that fits the P5/MSP that has red stiching in it? I think it came from a particular miata.

ok so I have a very serious question... have any one in here done a GT28RS swap?
