What have you done to your MSP today?

hows the manifold?
Well so far it looks cool :D The car is all put back together minus the j-pipe and oil return line. All I can say about the install is that I NEVER want to do that again. I can only hope I got those nutes tight enough. Hopefully tomorrow the car will be running...

i said the same thing about the rear mm install... the secound time around it was a breeze. Hopefully you wont have to adjust/fix or replace it.

Well I know it'll have to come off at least once and that's after I finish my engine build. It's a shame also I won't be able to re-use my ARP exhaust mani studs as a lot of those were butchered in the process (don't ask). Let's just say my P5 wasn't being very friendly last night and I shouted my share of choice words. I was working until about 11 PM last night. I just really, really hope there aren't any exhaust leaks around the manifold because there really isn't anything I'd be able to do to fix them. Hopefully everything will be together tomorrow...

thats what i said! then i had to do it again...

Seafoamed the car, and I think I diagnosed the cause of the P0171 + fuel cut + rough idle issues. The wastegate actuator is just completely shot. Tried blowing in the vac line that runs to it, and there's no resistance at all.

Time to upgrade the the ATP.

That does sound weird.

painted full triple pillar black. Rewired gauges in. Now got to drill a screw long enough to hold it up. Just gotta find one long enough got the right size.
