installed hard pipes with hks bov dual set up! sounds awesome! no more turkey FTW!and injen cai converted to sri with hks filter! not too bad of an install, but the lock ring to install the BOV is a pain in the butt. needless to say im pleased with the results! 
mine had a temper tantrum today...I'm in the middle of nowhere an stop to pick up something to eat get back in the MSP turn the key.....nothing....no crank. start freaking out thinking I popped the starter and am in the middle of nowhere.
Eventually try to do a running start after about 3 hours of waiting to the tow truck and she turns over. I get home and try to crank her again....cranks like a new car...what a day

did your lights work? id say check your battery terminals if your lights werent working when it happened
Rotated my tires before the auto-x yesterday, now I need four new ones (eek2), unless I decide to run the below wear marks tires in the rears and get brand new ones for the fronts (autocross use only). Couldn't get the rear end link off at the event yesterday, so I may be looking at that when I get home today. New brake pads should be getting here today or tomorrow.

no think I hit a bad spot in the starter...we also tried to boost her but got nothing. Everything else had power though, the voltmeter was reading 12.2V

I used to have this problem or similar with an older Blazer. I used to have to tap the starter with a hammer to get the teeth to shift juat a hair and it'd start right up. Problem could be getting anywhere near the starter on these things with it on the ground. Did you try to kick start it at all?

Yeah, ManU got the cup. Chelsea was only 2 points back from them going into yesterdays matches, but with a 1-0 lead over Bolton they blew it in added time for a 1-1 tie. It wouldn't have mattered anyways because they already knew ManU was winning 2-0 in their match. I've been a fan of a lot of teams but ManU has always been huge on my list and right now they really do have the best team in soccer IMO. I have FSC on my cable package so I watch whatever I can. I was disappointed they didn't televise the ManU game but the Chelsea game was pretty good to watch, it was a nail biter. Bolton's keeper was incredible.

push starting won't reposition the starter... because it doesn't move the starter. unless the starter was engaged on the flywheel already and turning the flywheel disengaged it..
