What have you done to your MSP today?

STFT numbers were way high. Smoke tested it and found a leak at the throttle body coupler and the vacuum line for my FPR torn. Runs 10 times better, but still rich due to the tune. Should have time to spend on it this weekend.

Fixed my fuel pump housing/fuel leak issue. Not fun when it's 22 degrees out and I can't use the propane heater because there's gas fumes all over the place(flame).

Got my package in the mail today. So that's what a light weight flywheel feels like. Can't wait until the first autoX. Hopefully the car will be around the 2,400lbs by then.

cut my springs today

What brand? Im looking into K sports but the longer I shop for coilovers the more I just want to get springs and call it a day.

Finally had enough of the buzz / rattle coming from my back deck after motor mount inserts and a new sub were installed. I got back there and stuffed every hole and crevice and anything that looked, acted, ever thought about moving, with poly-fill. Buzzy rattle was banished.

I need to put the interior back together. And wash it. Oh, and put a new transmission in.

Anyone know just about how many rattle cans is needed to do four rims? Could I get away with two cans of paint and four cans of clear?

lol, I used 4 and 6 but mine were white so I had to be more thorough. I don't even want to think about how many I had to use for my RPF1's.

Usually the buzz is from the little roller ball in the seat belt release device.

Usually 4-6 depending on what color you are painting and what color of primer or previous paint you are painting over.

As anyone ever had a issue with there being a gap between the clutch plate and flywheel before torqueing it down? I have almost a 1/8" gap on a excedy stage 1 setup and a Fidanza flywheel, but with stock there is no gap before it being torqued down. I've never replaced it and didn't know if it was common and just go ahead and bolt it down?

So far I seem good, but I will definitely keep this in mind if I notice it again, or if it really isn't gone and I'm just kidding myself that it has... Thanks for the head's up. Would have never in a million years thought about the seat belt releases or associated parts doing this.
