What have you done to your MSP today?

All the mounts are the same..... Really the only difference in our cars and a normal protege is the turbo kit and the LSD. everything else is cosmetic s***.
 
honestly speaking dude, they prolly all come from the same factory. somewhere in china or taiwan :P
 
On another note was wondering if anyone had any input on doing valve cover gaskets and for some one who hasnt done them before, if it would be diffecult or not and how long it would take as well. and last time some one said somthing about painting something also since it would be taking apart at the part...? lol
 
buy a spare one. paint that, buy a valve cover gasket, and swap them out when you have freetime. its not too hard. you can also go to the junk yard and to take a valve cover off and find out how hard it is lol
 
True, i bought the whole valve cover gasket kit last week, since its leaking and looks like s*** an all... lol maybe ill do that over thanksgiving weekend and hope it goes good.... if not im ****** and have to get it towed to some place HA What about putting in motor mounts.... on these beasts? they are all basicly 2 bolts.... shouldnt be to bad right ?
 
NEED HELP!! So i've looked every where on this sight cant find a "how to" to put my hard pipes, BOV, on my SMI.... decided to not use the FMI right now since this is my daily driver and with the hard pipes and bov and new mid pipe, intake sould give it enough Pep for now... just not sure what to do with with all three sensores, obv the MAF one stays on therre, but dont know what to do with the one on the air box and the one thats on the stock pipeing.... and would i use the hose that the stock bypass is hooked up to for the BOV as well..? NEED HELP!!!

im probably gonna get them in +35 and i really wish they came in a bronze. probably gonna get some that are close to gunmetal. where did you get them and for how much?

your pipes should match your stock as far as routing, if your going with the bov and no bpv the maf needs to go on the cold pipe (from bottom of smic to the tb)

Plus brakes and suspension but yeah pretty much. The changes to add up to a lot altogether, and i'm a nerd when it comes to having a rare numbered car so I love having an MSP.

Got 'em at discount tire they price matched me $700 out the door. I like the +48 no rub even with my GC's all the way down. Swirlfx has +35 and told me to go more offset cause he rubs. They might have the royal sports bronze I'd go check it out
