Im just about to roll 227k miles.....
Im in FL right now but my msp is back in SC getting its windows tinted. Can't wait to see it.
And as for the black around the doors, my boy has his like that on his black mica. And it looks good. I wouldn't do it on any other color though.

I take it engines only last you 50k? Going by your math I should be on my 3rd but im still on the original motor or I assume. I hope the orig owner didnt replace it at 50k. lol

What BOV are you running and do you get any turkey or low boost flutter?

Im running a Greddy Type-RS, I like it. I used to run an HKS and I would get the low boost flutter all the time, but with this its kinda backwards. I get the perfect sound and perfromance at low boost (2-3psi) but at a little more (6-7) it flutters. May just have to adjust it more.
and it makes a weird sound, sort of like a bird whenever your engine braking lol all of them do it

lol I have the greddy RS knock off and get the same thing. The bird sound when engine braking is silly. I need to adjust mine more tho as I still get turkey

I installed the Corksport exhaust silencer yesterday....today was the first drive to work with it installed. Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo quiet inside the car now lol It's actually nice haha
I could notice a little bit of decreased performance due to the restriction but the quiet was worth it lol

That's what I like to hear, I don't want to go back to stock. Of course the fiance will have the final word
stock cams? I don't see any assembly grease

I would totally upgrade the cams if I remove the head.
As far as BOV's go, they all give you turkey unless you mess with the springs a lot then you might get it minimized. I just run the dual setup for an easy fix.

Honestly the fiance will be very pleased with the silencer. It's dead quiet inside the car lol a Huuuuge change from what it was before. Much more tollerable as a DD now without having to go to stock.
I did sand and spray paint the inside of the silencer black so it didnt look retarded too haha
