What have you done to your MSP today?

the ecu reflash is useless it actualy takes power away. i compared the dyno tunes before and after and i was missinf close to 15hp and 12 tq

It may have been useless in your case, but it was a great thing for my car. Solved my hesitation problem and the stuttering when coming back to idle when stopping, with no apparent loss of hp or torque. If I had it to do again, I'd go for it without a second thought.

ive herd its a hit and miss so im going right for the haltech from *************.com lol cant beat haltech!

which exhaust is that? i am trying decide which one i wanna switch to......and im leaning towards the corksport 80mm but its $500....lots of moneys tthat i aint got right this second
Its a Perrin 3" I wanted the Corksport... But s**** back-ordered and I didn't want to wait. I needed it now.
Hate yet again... that is all.
You know you love it!

well its not like i wanted to use them so long. i killed one of the prox4 when i changed my clutch out and got a pair of used up loaner kuhmos to roll on.

i still have to buy summer tires for next year but this way both will last longer. though after driving on these 195/55/15 i might get something more civil for my summer tires. like 205/50/17 or stick to stock size. definitely no 40s lol.

lol and im actually looking into getting some 15"s just for cheaper tires at the rate I go through them. Why do you say the 15s arn't as civil as the stock 215/45/17's? Now your wanting to go larger then the stockers with a 205/50 tire?

I got my ECU flashed years ago under warranty. The dealer put a sticker on the underside of my hood but from what other members have said not all dealers put the stickers on when flashed. Also, I still have hesitation sometimes even with the flash. Aftermarket tuning is the best cure for hesitation. Now if I can just get my SSAFC working properly...

the 15's are more civil. more meaty and smoother. these aren't performance tires so i dont expect them to be amazing though. they dont respond nearly as well as the stock prox4 but the ride to work is sooo nice. lol. the 15's look a little funny on there though.

Gutted a spare front and rear stock Tokico Blue in preparation for Koni inserts. The fronts fit 100% and might not need any modifications at all. The rears, however, are going to need some hacking to fit. The MSP OEM struts have around a 2"x2" indentation that protrudes 1/4" into the tube, preventing the insert from sliding in. Me thinks the cutting wheel might help remedy this issue.

I'm running polished P5 16"s with Dunlop Direzza DZ101s (195/50/16). They're not nearly as responsive as a high performance tires, but great bang for the buck. Yeah, I think 15s might look a little small.
