What have you done to your MSP today?

is it the timing belt around the cams that needs replaced at 60k or just the belts for the a/c, alt, ps etc that need replaced or all of the above?

bled the brakes today, gonna work on the shifter bushings next

If you are replacing the bushings with the Corksport ones don't tighten the rear down to the specifications that they say. But that is just from personal experience it makes it next to impossible to shift. I just tightened them by hand then slowly tightened the rear down to where it made it comfortable to shift. Also by friend that is a Mazda tech recomended changing the timing belt around 75k.

Noticed the forged block I purchased from CruzunSpeed is O-Ringed. Sweet.

i just want to drive mine again, should only be another week. Just haven't had the time to work on it

Ouch? No ouch. There's not a problem. O Ringed - A steel wire pressed into the deck around each cylinder. Stronger Seal basically.

ooh, lol, ya I was looking at those dark spots, I thought those were holes, I saw the O rings, that's cool, but I figured for some reason you were talking about the spots which kinda look like holes lol, but ya never mind

my ac controls are messed up. air only goes to the windshield or the feet. all this happening in 90 degree heat as i'm stuck in traffic. god this car can be gay sometimes

kartboy bushings in, 4 of the 6 corksport bronzoil bushings are in place. time to do some drilling

next up is rear 02 sensor after that

4 of 6 bronzeoil? I'm super confused. I put in the bronzeoils... and there were 4 in the pack... not to mention I have no idea where the other 2 could go.

Hmm I just installed some bronze bushings and saw that I needed 2 more and a replacement bolt. Ordered through Mc Master Carr $11 for 4 needed slight modding to fit. Amazing difference :)

^The one he's talking about you have to drill out a rivet holding the bushings on the linkage bar. I didn't opt to do that one. Just the other 4...

it's been a struggle on these bushings. they are just a little too big.

went to start my car at 230pm est, 93 degrees, high humidity, car idled to 2k i was messing with my phone and then the car just dropped and shut off... two times in a row... i think my car does not like this weather.
