i am proud of you son. any one on a phone while driving and not using their full attention should get a little hello Horn as suggested by some automotive writer from Hemmings Muscle car.
and remind them to be aware of the surroundings.

Changed oil. Only had about 5.2 quarts drain out....hmmm, is that normal?

I never measure how much comes out for me. All i know is i pour in the whole 5 qt jug, start and run it for a minute, check the dipstick, then take the single quart and pour it in a couple glugs at a time and check the dipstick between to get it in the zone

If i had to guess id say thats a little on the low side, by like a cup. Maybe check your level right before your next change

who cares if it was rotas? The ST were only $400 new and weighed more. Rotas are better quality than the ST by a long shot.

Sorry had to move this to the correct thread. I noticed a lot of bouncing with the car recently. That can only mean one thing. Shocks are busted. I've been on stock shocks with H&R springs since May 2010 lol. A total of 20,000 miles driving. Not bad if you ask me. So I had all four replaced with Koni sport yellows today. Bought them at EdgeAutosport. Really liking the feel of these Koni sports.

Not fun, stacking 2 filters on top of each other sucks especially when there is hardly any space available

I did mine at the first recommended change and haven't done it since. Now I'm closing in on 80k. Mine is probably full of stink bugs

Dropped off FMIC piping to get powder coated. Going with a wrinkle black finish, should have them back by the end of this week
