What have you done to your MS3 today?

I haven't posted on here in a long time, but car has changed quite a bit. Mostly noticeable is the 17x9" +32 rota grids on 225/45/17 yokohoma avid ascends. I also installed ice blue lamin-x headlights and fog lights, along with taking my headlights apart and removing the orange reflector and putting in TRS headlight lenses. I also did a custom universal spoiler lip and have lowered the car even more. I also sold my exhaust and purchased a Greddy Ti-C catback which I had been dying to do. Very pleased with it at the moment. Up next, getting the roof, mirrors, front grills, and lip kit sprayed satin black pearl!

Congrats!!!

Does anyone here need/want some True Red touch up paint? I found some when I was cleaning the garage out over the weekend and I obviously don't have any use for it now that the Speed3 is gone.

I also found front sway bar bushings and a driver's side CV axle.
I literally had my cv joint puke on sunday. Going to try and repack it today. If it doesn't work I'm def interested

yep. done that.

and yep. never ends. lolz.
ordered battery tray and some 5mm spacers.
Please pm me with pictures of grimmspeed plumbing. i have the same unit and bought all new pressure and vacuum lines, red and blue respectivlely last year when i got one of rebuit k04s back from D&W diesel shop but was waiting for battery tray to decide where/what to mount it to and plumbing it in clean. Open to suggestions.

I mounted my gs on that little stud the tip used to attach to by the cdfp

I ran the lines to the ewg along the firewell and used the two studs on the heat shield as anchor points. Ill snap a few pics today

Traded it in on a 2014 Mazda 6. I'll miss the fun of the speed3, but needed something more practical. The new 6 is a really great car, so hopefully I won't be missing it that much.

I want to know the answers to both of those questions as well! But the car looks awesome. Very big...

They are supposedly getting the diesel later this year and the manual is only available on the base/sport model.

Unfortunately I still enjoy a compact car, and to me the 6 is a little larger than I desire. I like the cx5, which is a foot shorter overall, but I'm wanting that to be diesel as well

I love my ms3, it's actually the longest I've owned any car. So long in fact that it will be the first car I've ever had to take to the dmv for inspection. But I'm ready for a change and to make an attempt to slow down on the road.

Haven't posted in a long time figured it's time to get back on here. Installed my CP-E Stage 2 Wishbone motor mount, JBR shift plate and anchors, Turbosmart BPV, and JBR Power Path stage 2 intake/turbo inlet. Love the results so far. Next will be the rear sway bar, Grimspeed EBCS, and hopefully Cobb Ap. Still debating on which tires to go with. Either Dunlop's Direzza DZ101 or a set of BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW-2.

Nah...not big on meets. Or even a night life honestly. Married with a kid, and since the wide works later I do most of the chores and cook dinner

had to rely on a shop to change the oil since all my tools are being sent across the country at the moment. kinda glad I did though as they discovered a small oil leak behind the timing chain cover. Anyone else experience this? tips on a fix? (already searched)
