What have you done to your MS3 today?

When I bought mine, it was at a Chrysler dealership used with 4,000 miles on it back in 2008, and they were asked $19,995. We checked the local mazda stealerships in Charlotte, but at the time they only had red, black, and newer cosmic blues. So I I traded in my eclipse, got $8,100 off, and got it for a little over 11k OTD with my trade in. I think I made out pretty well. 
I wanted White so bad I could taste it, but they had none, and that was the only other color I would have considered.

OK, thanks. I wouldn't sell it to them with the modifications and would have it completely stock before selling. I just don't have time to stock everything out this week (I can do all the cosmetic and engine bay stuff), and I'd like to go there this weekend for a general offer.
went to fed ex to pick up my box that held some Ksport t shirts and nice little decals. i ordered two decals and they were out of black shirts so it has been awhile. but i got a very nice thank you note and they gave me about ten or more decals two of them will go nicely on my car. ordered another set of plugs. i really need to retune her and pull some fuel!
I traded mine to them two weeks ago with a SRI. IDK how that factored into their offer. I didn't have the stock box to put on there otherwise I would have.

all i can say about carmax is i traded in a jeep liberty from upstate new york. it was modified with custom rust err-where

My husband and I are trying to buy a house.. any extra money towards the down-payment would be great. Right now house > car. I would get something sensible and cheap with AWD to get me around for now.. eventually I'd be back in the car scene.

Yep. I won't be selling anything until the car is sold though. Once/if that happens, I will be posting everything for sale.

There is nothing cheap and sensible with AWD. I have been searching for a week now and used car prices are through the roof! Freakin' great...

Wife and i are (were) in the same boat as you. Except we paid off both our vehicles to show mortgage companiea that we have a better income to debt ratio.
End result...2008.5 Ms3 paid off in <3 years and a 2010 truck paid off in just about 1. I think the end result was the difference between looking at $200k houses and $300k houses, as far as approved mortgages were concerned
