What have you done to your MS3 today?

Well, luckily I own my MS3 free and clear. We're also looking in the mid 200 range.. which is decent. But looking for a home that can also accommodate two horses is difficult.

Good luck Lara. Your part out is going to be epic.

No that I think of it. We had 2 car payments when we bought our house a couple years ago. Paid one off early last year and mine is done now. Hopefully that translates into a nicer house when we are ready in a couple years. Come on 3 car garage and pool!

I didn't have the choice when I bought mine. It was blue/black/red or silver.

in general the MS3 does not come with the most stellar color choices...

My husband and I are trying to buy a house.. any extra money towards the down-payment would be great. Right now house > car. I would get something sensible and cheap with AWD to get me around for now.. eventually I'd be back in the car scene. :)

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

lowes was a fail, HD maybe....

**** those places! i never find what i'm looking for there. what you need is a good old fashioned neighborhood hardware store.

Wife and i are (were) in the same boat as you. Except we paid off both our vehicles to show mortgage companiea that we have a better income to debt ratio.

End result...2008.5 Ms3 paid off in <3 years and a 2010 truck paid off in just about 1. I think the end result was the difference between looking at $200k houses and $300k houses, as far as approved mortgages were concerned

how in the flying s*** did you pay off a 2010 truck in 1 year? jiminey cricket!!!!!!!

back on topic:

better pic of my indy fog light mod. Thanks again Kyro :)

Last night I removed the OEM EUDM red tail lights. Blech.. the OEM LED tails have never looked so dull!

I love how expensive houses are in other places in the U.S. Mid-200k here would buy you a giagantic house. Where as 106k bought us a 4-bedroom with a 3-car garage in a nice neighborhood.

Nice.. not so here in CT. We're looking at an old farmhouse on 3.7 acres.. they want $250k for it now. It will still require us to pay to get the land cleared and build a barn.

Sorry for the off-topic guys.

Sounds a little like the house I'm staying at now. 12 acres, many sq. ft. Probably assessed for the same.

Nice. There is nothing with that much acreage around here that isn't $400k+

Dont move to northern Delaware. I cant find an acre for under $300k with a house any more than 1000sqft

and someone needs to do a mod where the high beams go to half wattage and can be independent with fogs. I know the easy thing would be to have Tue indy fogs and dissable the low beams, but the high beams would still be too bright

i think that would look kinda cool

Don't move to the D.C. area if you want affordable housing. Townhouses inside the beltway can go up to $1 million. This is why I bought a couple of miles outside the beltway. Good thing you moved away from here before buying a house, Lara!

I'd move to Southern PA to buy a house. That'll be 10 years from here. Cost of living is 2% lower there than here. Or... something like that.
