ran it at the strip last night! 1st run-14.0@98mph 2nd run- 14.4@96mph!!

had lots of fun it was my first time ever racing on a strip! 2nd run i spun the tires a bit or i believe i coulda broke a 13.9

Installed my Cobb SRI, and now I can hear my Forge ping-o-matic loud & clear. Love the "whoooOOOsh-ping!" sound, and it sure feels like there's a bit more pep!

I let my nephew ride in my car and I was horrified at what the car seat could be doing to my leather, this was in my honda ( all leather) of course.
I installed rally armor mudflaps, and cpe motor mount. Hopefully a clay bar in an hour.

Washed her and detail the interior. Also, removed the "MAZDASPEED3" emblem for that sleeper look. And took her out for a short drive. Gotta say I made the right choice with the MS3. Loving this car. (cool)

Stripped the head off the bolt of one of my BPV bolts, drilled out the bolt, and replaced it with a ghetto looking Lowe's bolt.

Logged 5.95 degrees of knock retard.

My wife and I pulled the valve cover off the Miata in preparation for the powdercoating.

Finished my install of my BC coilovers with camber plates and SPC rear camber links! What a chore that was! Seems to be well worth it since the car is now way stiffer.

installed shift bushing... it took longer than i thought... coulda faster but the stupid 8mm bolts in the arm rester wouldnt come off so i had to squeeze my hands (thank god i have small hands ) to unscrew the top left nut while took shifts movements off for easy access...

but anyway, test drove a little and shifting feels stiffer now.

HID and CS insert next!

Painted my front and rear mazda emblem black. Would have gotten done sooner but it started to storm out. Took about an hour and a half. Hardest thing to do was cutting the 3m tape into pieces to go all the way around the rear mazda emblem. The front emblem was so much easier. Gotta finish cleaning and spray paint the mazdaspeed3 emblem today to slap that sucker on. Not looking forward to cutting the 3m tape into small pieces again
