Received my Forge V1 BPV off of ebay from Street Concepts. It came with one shim and just the yellow spring. I assume yellow, but it was more gold and didn't look to be painted at all. Is this gonna be an okay setup with just a SRI and stock psi?

Purchased 4 RX8 chrome wheels off craigs list for $100. The chrome is peeling in the vees of the spokes so I plan to have them stripped and powder coated. My Speed 3 is Cosmic Blue, What color should I have them Coated? My thougts are Gunmetal, Graphite or stock silver. Also which size tire should I get? 225-45-18 or 235-40-18?

Decisions, decision. Ever thought of a gunmetal where the insides of the spokes are a little darker shade? Or does anyone already have these?

put on megan racing coilovers. will post pics tomorrow to see that lowness
Put on a CP-E Tow plate, awesome mod, super easy, honestly best thing I've done to this car to date.
Put on those yellow Lamin-x fog covers, looks nice, pain in the arse to get on, should really take out the fogs to do it correctly, but I'm too lazy for that. So they are on and like 99% perfect.
Put on the UR mudflaps. I'm not sure if I'm sold on these yet. They are nice quality, but it sure seems the way they are mounted isn't going to hold up to our Upstate NY winters. And they're are a huge pain in the ass to install, that is for something so simple.

either the tow plate is flippin' amazing or your got a bunch of bad mods!

Nah, It's all good. In the last few months I've put on the Koni yellows and eibach springs, not super happy with those. Their nice, but I had higher hopes I guess you could say.
The TWM shifter and bushing is nice, not very difficult to install, still feel that the shifts could be crisper and shorter though. (used to drive a Nissan with a B&M shifter, very very close)
MS3 CAI, that's great, but had the dealer install that for warrantee issues.
Forge BPV, super simple, but the cool sound has worn off, haha.

Next Mod is Meth Inj, if I could ever figure out how to tap into an injector wire, but I'll figure that out sooner or later.
And I have nothing better to do than list my mods and talk about them.

hmmm... I have a lot of mods I like. but if I had to name a "best" mod I'd say it's the cpe 75 duro rear motor mount.

Tap into an injector? Can you just use one of those connector thingies from radio shack? Not sure what they're called, but I used them to tap intosome wires (backup lights, acc power) when I installed a backup cam in my truck
And does anyone think id be able to do a straight up trade wheels for wheels with an ms6? I've seen a couple on the road and some dealers around my parts lately. One of these days it'll be liike a grey poupon commercial, only ill be saying "pardon me. Do you want to trade wheels?"....only more pompous and brittishy

I think you could find someone to trade wheels with. MS3 rims look good on MS6s and MS6 rims look good on MS3s. So it's a no brainer, haha!

That's what I'm saying. I know I've seen pics on here where ms6's had ms3 wheels. I may put up a FS (or for trade) post pretty soon
