What have you done to your MS3 today?

Installed my cpe nano

my god what a difference. Its a noticeable difference. you can really feel the gains in the mid range, not to mention the wonderful sounds.

You will need to install flat foot shifting with access tuner race. No lag between shifts is sooooooo amazing.

I want this so bad. AP puts the car into DSP automatically, right? Skipping STU? Might have to wait until i get some suspension mods before i make that leap

an intake alone will put you in dsp. just so you know

also hebrew, watch out with the cold and the OCC. several people have had it freeze, causing pressures in the engine to skyrocket and shooting the dipstick and oil everywhere. i would link the thread but u know how that goes here......

what do you mean freeze? like the oil in it? We use 5w30 which is good for colder temps so it shouldn't get too frozen if it gets gummy at all. I should wait for the car to warm up more now I'm guessing.

I run DSP to get away from the AWD subys and evos. I still get smoked at nationals but at local events I am pretty dominant. Plus most of the cars that beat me had way wider tires and more work done to them. I like being the underdog anyways. Gives me something to chase.

Yes during the winter months the car develops a lot more condensation so the catch can fills up quick. If its below freezing. The contents of the can can freeze, creating a plug and blocking airflow from the crankcase. This results in increased crankcase pressures which can blow seals and gaskets. A member on MSF lost 2 quarts of oil thru his dipstick.

The contents of the can usually isn't water. Its mostly water and crappy gas which both freeze at way below zero at like -30 degrees. Just need to empty the can pretty often I guess.

Good idea... I just emptied mine and had about three quarters of a cup of frothy nastiness.
