Cheap ass ebay one. I had some ebay bucks stored up so I barely paid anything for it. Was either the strut bar or a new Oil Fill Cap. Figured it's about time to cut some more holes in my car...
I have the AWR pan without any lower bracing. It's a tight fit with the exhaust (I took some pics and they're around on here somewhere).
BTW, the stock oil pan does have a sort of windage tray built in. It's just really shallow compared to the AWR pan.

Took off my foglights yesterday and started doing some pre-fab work on them to fit some 3000k 35W HID bulbs into the housings. Started doing a little grinding, but I got bored and started watching the world cup instead...lol
Should get a lot of stuff done next week when I house sit my parents house while they're on vacation. No distractions and a garage to work late in, ftmfw!! Gonna try to get wheels painted, finish the foglights, install CS exhaust hangers, wire up the oil pressure, volt and a/f gauges, and maybe wrap the roof with the new vinyl...
Question for you guys.
So I'm gonna wrap my roof with a satin black vinyl, but I need to get my windshield replaced soon. Should I get my windshield done first b4 I do the vinyl? Could they dmg the vinyl installing the windshield & messing with the windshield seal? If so, I'll wait to do the vinyl until after I get the new windshield to do the vinyl.

I had the chrome strip on my tails tinted out but had to remove the tint so i could pass my safety inspection here. So i decided ok, i'll just use my heat gun to get the tint off right???...Wrong, i ended up melting part of my taillight, here is a pic
then i found these on ebay for 50 shipped so i couldnt pass it up

Then when i was in the "do stuff to my car" mode i decided i wanted to paint the lip on my car. Here is a pic of the back, i still need to do the skirts

Yeah its pretty big lol. could probably fit like 8 cars in it if i had that many

Jon, do you still have a 2G eclipse readily available? I need some measurements of the rear bumper (under body, mainly...) and if you could give me a hand with that, I would be greatly appreciative. Got a new project in mind, but I need to know how far off the Protege bumper is from the eclipse bumper, also depth of how far the clearance under-body is...

2g-b is close but 2g-a will not work. No measurements i got rid of the DSM and started playing with Vdubs. i got contacts and I still do engine work on a few so let me know what you need and i will see but i can not garentee the timelyness of the info.
I'm not in a rush, anyways. Just another "future plan" idea that I'm playing with. Rear diffuser... Still up in the air about how it will look, tho. (shrug)

What do you mean? The Eclipse's rear is too rounded? Or the Protege, so it won't look good...?

The corners are more rounded and nof as squared off as the protege.
