I'll be putting the turboyata back up for sale next year after I get back from deployment.

hey also my mom is selling her 1989 rx7 gtu. $3500

just got in from swapping random bits around. Put new hazard button and headlight switch in, adjusted the CD player from the top of the DIN to down a notch (just need a stereo trim and it'll be all cleaned up)

Put new shift boot(rubber under leather boot) and new leather boot in.

Wired one of my 12" LED strips to the trunk light

Stuck the radiator air diverter panel in, removed about half a pound of crap just from under the driver's side seat

rigged up a battery holder to stop the thing from slamming into the fender when i take hard right handers.

Now duct taping my gauge hood back together for a temp fix till i can find a new one

oh, and found out why my headrest speakers aren't working. . .

also found why so much heat was coming up through the shifter

yup, swapped steering wheels as well (new one has a nice stitched leather grip and no missing horn button!!), and realigned the clockspring so now the wheel is straight!

Gonna be replacing that headunit and redoing the wiring so i can run a proper connector to the headunit as well as rewiring up the speakers in the headrest and running my amp and sub

Also got a line local on a Hard Dog sport bar with no diagonals. I wants at least one diagonal, but, if it's cheap enough. . .

Still on the hunt for a new top

A straight wheel is a happy wheel lol, and you can always weld in a diagonal. Post pics of your sub/amp setup please, I'm thinking about throwin a sub somewhere as well. If you were local, I'd sell you my top, you'd still need a zipper though

Wash, wax and new lights :D

what lights you put in?

and amp/sub combo is from my Jeep which moved into the Protege5 and will now reside in the Miata

It's just a little Legacy 400watt amp and 10" legacy sub in a bass tube

It'll do for now

I just wanted to see where you were gonna put it/how it fit (nohomo) lol As we all know, the trunk isn't all that big. Sounds like itll do the job nicely though (rockon)

lol

i got a 12" in a massive ported box that wasin the P5, but, no way is that gonna fit in teh P5.

But, when i get it installed, i shall have pics.

But, what headlights you put in? E codes? Cibies? or Ecodes with HID?

oh, and hoping to have a *new* used top off an NB Friday

Black with a glass rear window on frame for $175

looks like the Ebay kits. . . how's it work?

Shoot, that's only hlaf the cost of Hellas or Cibies, which are a HUUUGE improvement

I basically bought em for the housings, bulbs are a plus. now i can swap bulbs to something better if i choose, which one can't do with the stock sealed units, gnome sayin? They are pretty bright, i need to adjust mine though, they point too low:)

Gotcha.

i'm wanting to order some Hella E-codes, but, that's $100. . . where as i can save a little longer and just get the MOSS low rise kit with projectors already in em then just swap to HID's
