What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

LOL i had a super busy wknd, sadly i didnt get to do ANY of the work to my car i wanted to.
Basically, my exhaust is hanging SCAREY low right now due to stretched/dmged exhaust hangers (cat & 1 exhaust clamp bolt constant hit stuff :(), exhaust tips also need to have the metal lip above them bent out of the way, need the curb rashes from my latest track escapade repaired for upcoming powdercoating, need to get alignment/rotation/balancing (got massacred from spinning out @ the last trackday) as well as change my oil and i desperatly need to claybar/wax due to hard water spots as well as full detail inside & out...

just hit 52k miles this wknd.
lol got too much to do as well as prep for moving upcoming end of this month.

vette clutch is stiffer than the MS6!??! good lord, my screwey knee can barely handle the MS6 clutch, id be murdered in your vette!
any legitamate interest from mazda enthusiasts in your car yet?

None yet. Still need to get a shot of the car with my username and all then I will post up the for sale thread. I was gonna put it on autotrader but I will try the forums first.

Yes the clutch is much stiffer in the vette. After driving that for a week the mazda clutch is gravy.

Which transmission is in the Vette? T-56? If so, they're built to be tanks, hence the stiff clutch. Mine is actually easier than the MS6, but I also have the revised assembly, which has a new return spring on it (not affected by the recent TSB).

(threadjack) why does M247 hate SU? Is it a long story? (/threadjack)

Yeah, I'd like to know the story behind this too. whatever happened went down before I got my Protege5 a few years ago

Anyways, super busy day today! :D I got my LED interior lights installed, cleaned the dash, center console, foot pedals, and treated the leather seats with a sealant; shes all nice and clean now. Then I moved to under the hood and put my TMIC cover back on and replaced the missing Mazda emblem. Sadly, the dealership couldnt sell me just the emblem and I wasnt about ready to drop $500 on a new shroud. (yes, the cost is like $539) I ended up buying an emblem from the dealership thats for a 2001 Mazda of some sort and put it on where the old one was. Its a little bigger than the original and i might strip it/repaint it to match my car :D While putting the shroud back on, I noticed that one of the couplers was almost completely off my CAI (O_O) So I tightened it back up and noticed a huge difference is power :)

All the cleaning rags from wiping down the interior :)

I don't know what the problem with SU is, either. All I know is that I've purchased several things from them on several different occasions and have had no problems. ::knocks on wood::

Worbit those LEDs look sweet. I think I am going to do that. Where did you get them?

How would I find out?

$55 for a full kit of LEDs isn't bad at all. I did mine little by little through superbrightleds.com and I don't think it was less than that.

All hyperwhite LEDs:
4x dome lights
2x door lights
2x front parking lights
2x license plate lights
2x vanity lights
1x glove box light
1x trunk light

lol, it really adds up.
