Just had TSB 04-004/20 applied on my 2018 GT for brake clicking noise when moving forward after reversing. Work was covered under initial 3 year warranty.

How many miles? Have you done the water pump already?

264,500km (165,000mi). Original water pump; it is on my radar, but not overly worried about it.

Just curious because my Fusion has the same style water pump. 3.5L. That’s good to know that it’s reached that many miles without issue..

Had that annoying click in my 2018 too. Went away when I changed pads (obviously).

Washed outside, dash/doors cleaned, leather seats conditioned, black trim black'nd, door jams detailed and headlights polished.

Time to relax.

Finally cleaned and dressed the engine bay after 3 years and 5 months of dust, dirt and grime buildup.

Sunday: popped open the tailgate and cleaned the jam area. It was green and gross. 30 minutes and one toothbrush later, clean as a whistle.

Picked her up today. 2019 Signature w/ 9100miles on it. Traded in my 2019 4Runner SR5 w/ 40K miles. So.much.tech.in.the.9.I.love.it. Would have settled for a GT but it’s hard to come across CX9s in Germany, so I guess I’ll settle for the Signature.

I liked my T4R but I didn’t like how much I paid for it. But I love the 9s driving feel compaired to the T4R. Guess I’m just a car guy at heart.

@MGMGT16 ...Here is my vintage ‘07 T4R V8 and our ‘21 GT. Love them both. BTW, the T4R has 173,000 miles, all Toyota services (recent 2nd timing belt service) it’s entire life and she runs like new. No rust on the body and the frame was under coated before the dreaded rust took hold. It just might last me forever. The CX-9 is my wife’s and she leased it, having just turned in her leased Mazda6 Signature for It. We love our Mazdas and 4Runners. I have had 4 Miata, 2 6s, 2 B2300s back in the day and a 626 and bought our son a Protege while in college….and this is my 5th 4Runner And have had countless other Toyota/Lexus vehicles.

When Google maps updates and you're happy you washed and waxed the car apparently right before they drove down the street.

Throwing around the idea of dark red center caps. Bought one to mess around with. Not sure if I want to actually do it though. Maybe it’ll be a desk piece. It’s not done yet I still have to wet sand it and clear it. But there’s the Mazda logo back on it just to see what it would look like.

Out of curiosity I checked my own location and I had no such luck, lol. Looks like they did update quite recently though, within the last few weeks for sure.
