What engine oil for a 2022 CX-5?

I did my own oil changes on my 2016 and 2019 CX-5 leases, I believe it was 0w-20 full synthetic.
However, if I google what oil to use for 2022 CX-5, it says 5w-30? Which oil? and is it 4.5 or 5 quarts?

My 2022 CX-5 is Premium package, which I believe has standard engine.

For USA
5w-30 for turbo engines. (dyno or synthetic)
0w-20 for NA engines. (full synthetic or synthetic blend)
(there is no 0w-20 dyno oil)

0W-20 is what the manual recommends. Others have used 5W-30 as well, resulting in a quieter engine and possibly slightly less fuel efficiency.

Be sure that you use the correct oil filter for your engine as well.

I've used Mazda brand high-moly content oil for years. Costs a bit more, but I generally only change oil and filter once a year (5K-6K miles), so it's not a big deal.
