What do you do to protect the chrome on the nose of your car?

I just looked at my "chrome" Mazda badge/emblem. It looks fine. 101,7XX miles and 3 years after the car hit the road.

Concur. Just looked at mine and after almost 6 years and approaching 77k miles, chrome and emblem look fine. Maybe some water marks on the chrome, but otherwise no dings or other damage like that.

Versus my hood which is riddled with rock chips, but I never put anything on to protect it, so guess that's on me.
