What do i need to know (Installing Lowering springs)

im reading this http://krystmsgarage.com/?p=148
and ive installed lowering springs on my friends RSX before
just was wondering if there are anything specific i should know
before the install and after installing. Especially safety wise, etc.

over all it looks fairly straight forward

I read several good writeups on swapping springs, but none of them warned me of the 30 or so ball bearings under the top nut that your friend will disperse around the floor of the garage. Just don't rip the assembly apart and you should be fine.
