Weird jerk when waiting at light?

I have a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Touring and I noticed when I'm at a light (this has happened at least 2 times) that when I'm waiting for the light to change with my foot firmly on the brake, I feel a jerk, almost like the sensation that someone has hit me from behind slightly. Has this happened to anyone else? (boom01)
