CX-5 Jerks back and forth when warmed up and pushed hard

for what its worth, I have noticed this back and forth jerk on my 2.5L mazda 6 under certain scenarios
- tuned for 91 octane
- in fourth gear, at or around 2500rpm, heavier throttle application, on the highway. (going about 80-90km/h)
- its only happened maybe 2-3x. I just let go of the throttle.
