Weird Idle Problem

Hi guys,

After finally fixing a massive vacuum leak from my intake manifold, I am still experiencing problems. The car runs and idles fine normally, but once the radiator fan kicks on, the car starts stumbling and sometimes the engine will die on me. The problem only happens when I am at idle. Car runs fine when I am driving and turbo boosts.

Is this a vacuum leak problem? Anyone have any ideas what it can be?

Sounds like you still have a vac leak somewhere.

Check the ends of all the lines. I had a vacuum leak from where the end of one line had cracked. I couldn't see it immediately until I started disconnecting and reconnecting lines.

I had Mazda check the EGR and they say everything is fine. The tech's at mazda can't find anything.

I am running a dual setup with the HKS BPV that comes with the HiBoost FMIC and the HKS SQL. It ran without a problem before.
