Ctrl+Alt+Del - Tragically L337 Just exellent, and the artist drives a modified MX-3, which is currently getting a re-paint.
Achewood Super wierd, but very funny.
Applegeeks Funny, even if you're not an Apple fan.
Lore Brand Comics Updated sporatically, but awesome!
Real Life Great comic.

I've found that a lot of my old favorites have gotten too esoteric, like the cartoonists are so caught up in thier quest to make art, or so impressed with their ability to write a story, that they've stopped being funny.

Sadly Sluggy Freelance has fallen WAY into this trap, with looooong boring story lines that don't make much sense, and are far, far away from the comic that caught my attention and loyalty in the first place. Lately, Sluggy has been done on Saturdays by another cartoonist all together, and his one-day comics are more in the spirit of what Sluggy started as than anything I've seen from the strip's creator in a year or more.
