weak tail lights!

Hi all, i own a 2008 cx-9 Sport and tonight i noticed the LED tail lights to be weak! When i got home i had someone press the brakes so i can see from behind and they do turn on but they are weak and not as bright as it used to. Probably out of 20 times pressing the brakes it would be full strength (normal) only once or twice. Its like they are only half on. If it was one thing i remember about the tail lights of a CX-9 was they were always super bright red!!

If anyone could give me advice i would really appreciate it!!

ps. if it was the fuse then it wouldnt turn on at all! and the top brake light is functioning properly.

I am having the same problem with my '07 CX-9. I believe that the high center light is also dim, but I cannot tell for certain. Have you found any solution?

Hi i have not found a solution. The problem comes and goes, sometimes it works fine other times they are dim. For my, the high center brake light is working normal. Only the left and right LED taillight on mine have the issue.
