just hooked it up to your car battery + and ground to the frame with some jumper cables and a fused + to see the pump running at higher voltage

So I placed a new order on amazon for the intercooler same company but differnt distrubutor hopefuly be here by Friday..

Ya I know but didn't want to open up the car..I've already installed the switch and relay the wireing is done just need the intercooler then ill start drilling and mounting everthing by the way ihope everyone had a good mothers day..

pipeing will be super short but there may be no room for the maf near the throttle..so hopefully this week it should comein ive been waiting fo shipment conformation i orderd on friday.

ill have it one tommorrow did not relize that hard ware was so pricey about another 50 in brass pieces

Nice short piping. Looks good!

For the coldside to throttle body coupler, you might want to see if you can get a 90* silicone coupler with long legs. That would give you a bit of a better transition there.

I take it you have a BPV or BOV mounted directly after your turbo, on the section of pipe hidden in your pics?

You are correct sir yes a 90 would be best but I wanted the ait on the coldside just to see how the air temp was being affected overal very happy the car responds great didn't get to drive much yet just got to get use to the low rpm drop after shifting to nuetral but I'm guessing most like,y a issue caused by the length of hose from bpv to intake.

Intercooler $189.00/water pump pick and pull 15$/water jug $10 pick and pull/hose and hardware $70.
Close to $300 bucks not cheap but I'm pretty happy I drove to work today and the car was supper smooth close to 70 on air temp +/- 3 degrees the whole time even under boost. Also the car seemed quiter didn't have the extra pipe rattling. Ill post more info ias I go along

Your right heatexchanger was another 25 bucks at pick and pull but I'm still about at a 300 bucks was able to source some brass from some old hoses from other projects..

so smooth and quite my car has never been this quite, and the rpm drop after nuetral is non-to-nil so dont have to baby the car. Overal one of the best mods ive done.
