Warranty Issues?

I've heard a rumor that buying aftermarket parts that affect your horsepower do not void the warranty from Mazda if you can prove that they aftermarket part is what caused the problem. Is this true? Because I'm looking into a Hi-Flow Cat Back Exhaust sometime soon. Thanks!

If you're worried about losing your warranty leave your car stock. End of discussion. A mod can lock this thread now.
