In case anyone here plays Quake III...

I haven't played in months...and I played tonight.

For the first time EVER, I beat ANARCHY on NIGHTMARE. I shut his @ss out too. I'm so proud!

Kooldino we should battle it out one day then. That is, if you are up to the challenge. Anyone else willing to battle it out?

I'm up for it...give me a server to play on and I'll be there for sure...my skillz are majorly rusty and my computer sucks, but I'll still put up a good fight if I can.

My crap computer can't handle any of the new games. I like Quake 3 for now anyhow. Ok so let's get this organized...who has a decent hosting computer? I think you need to have both a fast connection(got that) and a fast computer(definitely don't have that).

I might be able to try... I have never run a server from home...
I have a new 1.6 G Pentium 4 with 256 MB of RAM running XP home. I think my cable modem is pretty stable at ~3000K/sec most of the time. (I have no idea how it would do for this app though.) If this will work, I will try and set it up tonight, and post whatever the hell I figure out back to this posting.

Sounds sweet to me...I know my buddy has setup servers before and if he can do it I'm sure anyone can lol.
