Since VW ownes Audi all cars are produced on the simliar line using simliar process.. that is why Audi = VW...

202 and 217 is not close... for every mile you go over 60 your's drag double.

people's car = cheap car.. its the PC way of saying cheap ass POS
Audi being owned by VW in now way means they are produced on the same lines or in the same process. Don't forget many VW's are built in Mexico. I don't know this to be the case with Audi. Also if associatin make them cheap then VW=Bugatti which is spec'd well over 217 mph for top speed.

huh? what is ur logic here... it makes no sense... VW does not = Bugatti cuz Bugatti is hand made not on the Audi/VW line

There is no Audi/VW line. They have completely different factories. There is no place in the world where VWs and Audis roll off the same assembly line.

I mean the process and layout of the factories are similar.

THis also applies to the assembly, testing, painting and other steps of the car creation process

+ they are designed by the same engineers

The VW interior might look nice but the mechanicals are crap. The VW AWD system is FWD most of the time and when slip is detected it sends power to the rear. Also the VW lacks a front or a rear limited slip for real serious driving. The 6speed in the Sti is developed with prodrive and is bulletproof. VW electronics break and the interior fall apart. Both my friends work at a VW and a Porsche dealers and would never ever buy a VW. Electronic failures is a norm on a VW and many owners has had their car stranded.
Subaru reliablity is up there with hondas. Also the STi/EVO is a homolgated racing machines. All the money is spend on where it counts, the mechanicals. I noticed alot of MSP owners b**** about the interior quality on other cars, I like the interior of the protege but buncha silver painted plastic doen't make it high quality.

If you guys like VWs, i dont know why?? trannys are horrible, electronics fail (tail lights going out, interior lights, power window failures, coil packs fail) go run to your vw dealer and get suckers out of your 30k.

ok... I've played the devils advate enough. I was posting for a reseach project on online community to see the different attitude people take toward individual who's options are different... I'm writing this up for my CS reseach project. No clue was not involved in this posting... He just let me borrow his account to do the reseach... This article should be publised in the may issue of Human Computer Interaction.. Thanks Guys. Only Can i have your permission to release your screen names. If not i'll blank your names out... :)

peoples car means an average persons car not a cheap peice of s*** car, thats why VW isn't like a Kia.... it was so that it was an afordable car, yet still great quality.

and let me know next time when you could get a car for 60K and get it to get to 202MPH, i don't know about you, but 202 is fast...
