Ummm, yeah, there are torque specs and it's a fiddly job, almost ANY form of ****-up on this WILL trash your engine. The VVT thingy must be lined up perfectly on the marks, as the previous one you're replacing was set.
51-55 lbs/ft on the bolt, make sure you use a new washer behind it. 71-101 lbs/INCH on the oil control valve if you're going to pull it for inspection. 45-79 lbs/INCH for cam caps
